She wakes;
hair spread
out on her pillows,
hand to cheek , holy habit,
eyes open but unfocused
still searching meanings in dream’s shadows
warm shawl of morning slips from alabaster shoulders
arms raise up in prayer
someday, someway
feet on cool floor
will find her
willow-reaching
a reality

The inter play of the hair images and metaphors fill the fingers that trace the words. All the world is a gift and a sacrement and you have filtered it thrown the crown and frame of the mane and branches that gift the fall.
Love, Tom B.
