He waits for her emails as much as she waits for his
Day in and Hour by hour they wait to see what there beloved has to say
One day they will be face to face but for now all they have is words in cyberspace
He knows he loves her and she knows she loves him
Now if only they could both see the answers in each others hearts
Then their sense of peace would be intact
But as always he stays silent
And she just follows suit
When all would be in peace if he would admit the feelings he hides
Her heart would swell if he only knew all that she has kept hidden over the years
But he is being stubborn and she returns the favor
He has her heart but its hidden in a back pocket
She has his though its been misplaced at times but is always retrieved.
So canhe learn to remember what was and is still there
And get past his stubborn ego and let his heart hear?
