I Give This Rose......

As tears stream, befalling from my soul
thoughts reign of a bond grown strong;
once acquaintances now siblings for life.
This I give, symbolizing our friendship
wrapped within each petal, feelings of truth
held together by one arterial stem of unity.
Thriving from seeds of poetic symmetry;
nourishment of hope when felt lost, consumed.
sharing tears of sorrow to comical relief.

You helped me bloom when I felt invisible,
growing stronger and wiser with each embrace.
No words can embark the appreciation I feel,
compassion and loyalty in love's gentle touch.
My dear brother, I love you with all my heart,
know you're a shared symbol within this rose.
Without you, I'd miss greeting the beauty of mornings;
dark nights would be stagnate without your laughter.

With all my heart, tears raining in my soul,
I am blessed to have you as my friend & brother.
I hand this to you with love's warm embrace,
a symbol of shared brighter tomorrows and joviality.

    This is beautiful! I have a brother here on AP that is like that for me, though I haven't seen him here in quite a while, we do talk on MSN all the time! I would be lost without him somedays... He is more of a brother to me than my own brother is.

    Great job on this one! I love it!
