Morning breath
created condensation
on my skin-
that was bare
and bronzing in sunrise,
lacking cotton sheets.
You were fashioning duvets
in morning glory.
I was coasting
around coffee cups,
watching flashing lights
belonging to switches
on kettles-
Collecting bags
from under eyes,
that longed for far more
ticks and tocks
in bed.
The smell of green tea
always untangled you
from quilts,
left a pinch upon my waist,
and sketches of recollections
on my kitchen wall.

You have an amazing sense of how words will sound if put together, even if they are strange words..
it made me think and picture the scene you were telling. I enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful.
I love how all the things you used in here and all the subjects were very soft and calm and sort of contry-ish, (to me anyways.)
It just painted a picture of a quiet morning with light pastel colors and stuff.
I wish my writing was as good as this. >.>
