I just can’t shake this feeling
Not knowing what to say
Thirty years; you’ve been gone
I think of you each day
I thought that it would pass
Pretending to forget
Each day I’m feeling more remorse
I am tasting my regret
A friend told me I better stop
No sense in crying now
Her words came out so easily
I can’t seem to grasp just how
I cleared you out a while ago
It lasted two whole days
Remembering almost everything
Stuck here in this haze
You’ve touched my life so deeply
I have felt you all these years
There is no way to repay you
This feeling never disappears

This shows just how deeply you care for her. I think that is a love that has grown, and it is very touching. I hope one day, that love like this can touch us, as our own love grows.
Love you, my Pirate King.
Joann
