needy cross my wrist
freedom everywhere
why is it so bad
and why do I need it
fuck it all, why is it so hard to quit cutting?

thats a really good question i found one way that kinda helps not at first but later it helps more wene i was cutting my friends made me snap rubber bands on my wrist wene ever i wanted to cut and after a while i stopped i still want to cut everyday but i just keep the rubber bands on my wrist i helped me maybe it can help u too and love the poem

this is a good poem and i wish it was easy to stop cutting, ive tried and ill do so good then there are those days where its lie you need it. but in the end its not what you should do.its so hard to stop because its like an addiction you become addicted to the rush. im trying to stop and i wish you the best of luck with it.
