Inside our hearts if we could only view
The worlds population as a rainbow hue
The colors blending so pretty with each other
Amazing friendships we all could discover
There is no need to live in a world of hate
Where murder is committed with little debate
The way I see It, and I believe I am right
Is that anything is possible and within our sight
We have the power to end all the war and hate
Befriend each other before it gets to be to late
We may look different on the outside it’s true
But cut me open and I will bleed red like you
If we would all only join together as one
No way on earth could we come undone
One small step is all it will take
To end this war on race and hate
I teach my children and I hope you do too
That people of different races are human too
Don’t be afraid to open up your heart
To conquer these issues we must do our part
