Dark havens
rises from a nightmare
that touches on realms
in havoc
tortured beyond expectations,
Foolish mortals,
that think that they can change
what must be,
Forgetting that some futures
are meant to be,
Trapped forever in conflict,
neither side winning,
Only war will rise,
And only the pitiful fool
holds a fleeting hope
that someday home will be reached
forever in cease fire,
But that may never come true.
