Without my words written on these pages
My mouth would not speak
My feelings would build up
My heart would be so weak
Writing lets the pain out
Pouring onto a page with ink made of soul
Lost ones will always be here
As long as their story continues to be told
Let's tell a story of love ones lost
And hope that they will return
If they don't, be comforted
Remember by the paper
Commemorated by your sorrow
Don't worry about what to write
Just write what comes to mind
And grieve like you've lost everyone around you
And cry with ink and pen
We all know your loss
In some way or another
We all have pain
With this poem we can help eachother
I'll pray that your loved ones come home
I'll pray that your heart will stay whole
Just take it day after day
Just write your pain away
Author notes
I hope that everything in your life straightens itself out. I know my words can't console you because I'm a stranger, but I hope that someone is there for you.

Thank you for your beautifully expressed entry, I know too well the drive to write, as it's part of my every day, so I can relate well, thank you also for your kind words of concern, good luck in my contest, Josie
