Hidden scrolls,
scrawled with unknown insculpture,
inhale the moth-invested air.
Ancient messages,
encoded in elegant hieroglyphics,
soak in rose-pressed dye.

Tightly bound papyrus sigh
as dust settle in the forgotten arcade,
camouflaging them from unwanted eyes.
