Vampire

I long for thy wintry kiss so much
But when porcelain skin shatters at touch
I curb my lust, the longing inside
To douse you in my cyanide
Those ghostly lips ignite in me
A fire as cold as january
I avert these eyes from hers, so blue
Stained with tears like crystal moons
Hair of cobwebs, pale and fine
Her blood was the forbidden wine...
Your chill voice haunts me through the night
In dreams of desires I wake to fight
That day, my immortal heart did falter
When I sleugh my bride upon the altar

What did you think

Oh. This is an interesting poem that you have written in here. It's a fun little spooky tale of a dangerous kind of love. I can see why people love the fantasy of vampires so much. They represent the forbidden. This would be a perfect poem for Halloween. You did a good job of expressing yourself here.
