you stretch your maw apart
and case my throat in teeth.
You would lie and say that you don't enjoy this

Seriously, this sounds just like my ex-girlfriend and me. I really don't like hurting women during sex/foreplay (choking etc.)... but then she liked it and I began to like it to.
I think the only real reason is because I really like to make other people happy, that applies doubly to sex. Prolly your (I assume, potentially wrongly) boy is similar in that respect.
Seriously though, the third to last stanza is practically identical to something she said to me.
