Gingerbread Memories

I walk to my kitchen and what did I see
A little gingerbread boy looking at me

He was frozen from Christmas and must have jumped out of his house
When I heard him sneaking I thought he was a mouse

I didn’t know what to think or what I should do
So I took him and caught him in a bowl of marzipan glue

I took him to the cupboard and wrapped him up tight
And I took him over to share with you that night

The bite you had was a little crunchy
That’s all right cuss I was feeling munchy

His buttons were made of yellow and black
We plucked them off and had another snack

The night came to an end
A memory we could not forget
Good thing you had that camera

We used Adobe
Added a background of Russia behind us three

We sent the picture in to a photographic contest
No surprise our gingerbread boy was the best

from your sis to you
