I Am Thankful by dustookie2 at All poetry

Through all the laughter, smiles and tears
we have walked this path of friendships glow.

Sat through some long dark nights
breaking days into golden sunlight.

A million words I hold in my heart
all the things I want to say with love.

Wrapped up in celebrations satin ribbons
one simple exquisite, elegant, red rose.

Reflecting a soul as beautiful as you
for all you mean to me, girlfriend.

There, when it goes beyond words
I am thankful we are friends.

Supportive of our created masterpieces
inspiring that muse to dance across the page.

Keeping the focus , true to our self
appreciate you always my good bad girl.
