A birthday year

Another year passes,
so much has been gained,
so much more wisdom.

The years add up,

and your body ages,

but in mind you're young.

Your insides become

as beautiful as your out,

so let that year pass.

After that you will live another,

joyful and great year,

full of memories.

Your son will get older,

without a doubt,

your live will be exciting.

Don't hold out

on hugs and laughs,

because before you know it.

Another year has passed!

Thank you for this wonderful birthday wish, i like how you say that my insides will become as beautiful as my outsides, and not to hold out on hugs and laughs, we all can use more of those and i have to admit i do enjoy them usually, keep up the writing, ~Amy
