Why the Ghost said "Please!"

Sequel to: The roam to the old house

As you are finally home,
from your creepy old roam.

You speak to your Aunt,
About the creepy haunt.

She tells you "You must go back!",
"She has a code you must crack!".

You reply "But why me?",
Your aunt replys "She gave you a plea.."

You travel back under the creepy trees,
In your mind you ask "why did she say please..?"

You finally arrive at the path of the home,
As you hear the wails beneath the whispering dome.

You see the ghostly apparition once again,
As she wails "please!" with so much pain.

You ask "what is wrong?"
She replies "for here I do not belong"

"What do you mean, what has happened to you?" You reply,
You look at her as her as sparkles appear in her eyes.

She speaks of a murder long ago,
She touches your hand and says "to you I must show"

You feel like you are in a whirlwind,
As you are swept into another century entwined.

You see her as a maid of the old home.
You see the master push her over banisters from Rome.

Her wails of "please!" you hear once more.
You cannot look at her lying murdered on the floor.

The master was laughing at her,
As he wore his soft quilt jacket with fur.

When he finally realized she was dead,
He was filled with such dread.

He dragged her lifeless body to the basement.
For her there was no replacement.

He hid her body in a wall
For the police he would not call.

And now you see why she cannot rest,
As you feel sickness in your chest.

For it is you that need to give her eternal rest,
But alas it is too much for you to digest.

You run back to your home,
To tell your Aunt of the roam...

You write in my favorite style of poem. I'm not much for technical terms, but I just think that your work is fantastic. Glad I clicked the link on your mother's page. Keep up the amazing work, and don't be afraid to start that scary story, I'm sure you'll be amazing at it.

Somehow I knew that a murder was involved. Can that whispy old ghost now rest in peace? Well done!
