Thousands of golden spiderwebs
coalesce to frame your face,
cascading lightly 'round downy skin,
grasping the surface in tender embrace.
Orbs of kindness with hazel hue
deny deceit survival,
yet when met with truth, and genuine love,
provide sorely-needed revival.
Soft and precious cherry lips
are central to this work of art,
delicately tuned to sense every touch
and respond directly from the heart.
Together they form a masterpiece,
a composition finely-wrought,
and flowery as my language is,
I happen to love it. A lot.
