Early Suicider

She held his hand tight
Cried while saying goodbye
He begged her to stay
"Sorry I cant"

She was already decided
Her way was already chosen
Her place here had no sense
She walked away, just left

The guy tried to hold her back
Trying to make her see her mistake
"You already got everything for granted"
"Why do you want your life taken?"

She couldnt say a word
He let go her hand suddenly
She dissed her with a kiss
Something that wouldnt last forever

She ran away, crying
He just sat in the cold ground
An eternity without her
He lost her forever

She got home, she still cried
Wanted to die, she was decided
Her dog was barking at her
She sat on the floor to calm it

She ripped a paper from her notebook
Got a black pen aswell
Wrote some words on the paper
Her last word apparently

Got a knife from the cabinet
Cut a little wound in her arm
Dropped some blood over the paper
Watched it as it dissolved with the black ink

Meanwhile under a tree
There was the same guy crying
Why cant he just forget her?
"Get over it, she's gone forever"

She kept crying with no reason
Seemed hopeless yet unimportant
So, whatever... She was dying
End it all, or stay forever

She got a rope from the attic
Imposible to believe, yet certain
She realized what she was doing
All her old lively dreams were crumbled

Hung the rope on that old oak
While she did that, she cried
Put the improvised note on the floor
She did that the night she died

this was beautiful and definitely one of my favorites so far.
    i LOVED it.
story poems always seem to draw me in & this was no exception.
i felt almost as if i were the girl walking away and doing these things.. i can relate to her faded will to keep going.
    great job. Awesome write.
thanks for entering my contest!! =D
