Nothing has ever occured to me,
Just how much he loved me,
But when i saw him laying beside me,
And looking me straight in the eye,
It was clear to me what he was thinking.
We have been together for as long as i knew,
And our undying love was unbelievable.
He framed my face in his hand and kissed me,
softly on the side of my cheek.
"How much do you love me," He asked.
"More than you can know."
"Then if this is so, and you're not lying to me, Will you Marry me?"
I blushed at the question, and nodded enthusiastically.
Of all the things that i have overcome and believed,
I never thought to this day i would marry the one i loved.
And to this day I love him still.
And i never want our love to end.
I would go to the ends of the earth for him and back.

Wonderful write here and as we are going on 38 years and still falling for one another by the day I can honestly say its a love we have both worked for and kept true
