A few things occur to me at my advanced age:
I waited too long to lose my virginity.
That's number one.
The last thing I would have done
Would have been to tell my mother about it.
But perhaps it's not your mom you are telling
And it's good to talk to someone about these things.
I'm glad you are not embarrassed or ashamed.
There is less shame about such things now
and that's good.
That's all I have to say
except
I hope you have a great time.
PS I hope you have the protection factor worked out.
I should have mentioned that much sooner.

Hi Judy,
Gosh, to be honest? Reading this is a kinda like reading a good mystery novel...and finding the last page (along with who done it) ripped out!

But seriously...I like what you've written beccause it's honest and direct. Even if you don't give the reasons behind why you feel as you do, it's good advice mixed with an honest look back on your own experiences. This is such a tough experience to write about, IMHO...I'm amazed at just how many people were willing to broach the subject and the wide variety of views on it. Thanks so much for your entry and the advice...I appreciate it, and I know she does also.
Good luck and best wishes,
~J.
