I wish for love.

I wish for everyone
To love one another
And for all war to cease.

I wish for criminals
To lay down their guns
But what do I wish for me?

My wish is so simple
It’s almost so silly

    This is a terrific poem...simple and from the heart. Dreaming's free, but the sincerity of your words are priceless. Wouldn't it be great if all of us wished for the same thing? I'm glad that clicking on Random brought me to your poem. Great job!
