The STD one is cute, but you know what would be better? A "congrats, you have syphilis!" card. Hm, maybe I'll write one.

Now that first one is quite origonal. It reminds me of a cake I decorated in my pastry class in college. It read, "Happy Unexpected Pregnancy".
