Wandering, winding, in whereabouts unknown
Holding to hedges and hiding secrets,
Slithering, seeking, strangling,
Creeping and clinging, carried and cut.
Dangling, determined, a nightmare, a dream,
Symbolizing stalwart, sturdy strength,
Living life in luxurious lax,
Sometimes hindering, sometimes helping, never hurrying.

A very poetic piece, though it is very simple. I enjoyed it though, and I can see why you would make that guess. When the contest has ended you'll see if your interpretation of the word is close to its actual meaning!
