Mommies looksee
I felt a tug on my shirt
I look down at my precious baby girl
a koolaid smile, disheveled hair
eyes that shine like diamonds
she gripped a paper she wanted me to see
I took it from her hands
scribbles were all there was
many colors she had included
I scooped her up into my arms
it's beautiful I told her
almost as pretty as you are sweet
I love you precious
I loves you more mommy
hugs and kisses off she goes to play
I proudly hang the picture
a master piece of Love

Aww, this reminds me of my little sister who used to draw me birthday cards

I kept them in one of my old folders, *sigh* . . .
. . . Anyway, I like the subtleness of this short write and the last two lines were quite an adorable touch to this piece ^^
Gosh, if I could go back in time, I would take all the potential reminiscences and placed them as picture frames for me to look at the bedside every time I wake up; lovely poem you got here, indeed
