I am a Slave

Mopping up and dusting, clean the bathroom sink
These daily chores that take up time will soon drive me to drink
The beds undone, the sheets all creased, the undies on the floor
My tatty apron wrapped to me through each and every chore

But HEY who said this cant be fun - look at the dust around
I'm smiling with a grimace, damn another dish i found
But I'm a wife, a mother too, this task i should enjoy
I do, I do, but oh my gosh I'm going to kill that boy

Now look at hubbies dirty shoes up on my kitchen top
With patience levels wearing, I scream and grab the mop
Push front and back and front and back, too hard i'll pull the floor
Damn difficult with boys around, they mess up my decor

But hey, lets do the laundry, let me wash their filthy pants
The schoolcase has old sandwiches, OH NO look at the ants
I am a slave, what took so long for me to work this out
Just wait until they come back home, i'll give each one a clout

Hello Ma, we're home, we're home, huge hugs i get from them
I look at their cute faces - OH each one a precious gem
Give me your clothes, take off your shoes - my heartbeats i can feel
I've done the cooking early - here's your very special meal
