Deepest regret and deeper motives
A means to and end and so forth
For someone who taught the killing game
Losing every single day with me
The rules have changed just slightly
I am winning the game set and match
Forgive me intruding on your pretty games
Set so delicately now broken pieces
Shattered dreams along with my victories
I am sorry for ruining your perfect plan
Winning at your own very game
I am just a traveler gone tomorrow
Gone in the morning your game destroyed
Forgive me I will be gone in the morning
For someone who taught the killing game
You set it up fairly well
Anticipated every move and learned it well
But now you can learn one more lesson
You can't kill what's already dead my darling
Beat me once at this pretty little game
Eight years later I am back and strong
The smell of death banging at your door
Dark and intriguing took your hand
Whispered sweet lies and lulled you away
Dropped you off the end of the cliff today
I am sorry don't worry I'll be gone tomorrow

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is heaps good, i love it, the way u talk, the imagry and metaphors, its a fantastic write, one spelling mistake, you said in the first stanza line two "and end and so forth" it should be "an end and so forth"
great work ez -
I think with some work this write has promise, you use the same words over through out which makes it seem redundant and rushed through, in first paragraph and an and being used so closely takes away from that.
ALso Game being used so many times. I think if you work with this you could end up with a good write.
