Why did you write,me
on New Years day.
You blew my hopes all away.
You couldn't tell me to,my face.
Nothing short of a disgrace.
Of all the time I spent, with you,
was I not worth more to you.
I gave you every thing, you
required I gave you all of me.
Too much,now I see.
You kicked me when I was down,
my feelings scattered on the ground.
That I am angry , you can see,
why did you send, that "Dear John" to me.

This was a very lovely piece and you really can feel the emotion expressed. But no matter how good it is you will not win a trophy without your username and **HeartbrokenHeadcase** in your author notes. I took the time to read the poem so the least you could do is follow my rules.

Wow this was different from most of the others in a way kind of like a letter. i liked the rhyme sceme and i enjoyed the poem. thanks for entering.
