secrets stain thrill of anticipation,
virtue long ago beheaded,
will her betrothed rake morbid circumstance?
masked in sullied trickery
her fate seems doomed,
with deception's clarity unveiled.
pleading destiny will sustain her
against innocence lost,
to retrace bygone days
only to circumvent disgrace.
reflection faces dire consequence
silhouettes of shame's touch,
shall forgiveness lie in his warmth
or leave her heart in banishment's chill?

Gee Whizz!
Gee Whizz! This is a powerful piece of intellectual poetic perfection, so well penned and to a fine art! Brilliant expressions and sculpting too, love the descriptives and the graphics, and the feeling of 'lost in eternal karma' fabulous work! You never cease to amaze me, well done, love it, best of luck! You should win with this one!
