Have shone through the night
The dark had been vanquished
And given up the fight.
Shining down on the world
For all things to view,
The old night has gone
And this day is new.
The splendor and glory
And colorful streaks
Reflect on the waters
And mountain top peaks.
These heavenly lights
Will herald the dawn
All nature shall see
And burst into song.
