Let our heart speak softly as
we share a passionate embrace with the raindrops.
Let no words come between us,
only our soul’s sonnet;
speaking the words we are too afraid to muster.
A single soul dwelling in two bodies,
I love passionately, live freely, is one.
Author notes
Kudos to SKEM9 for the layout pic, it's awesome.
Megz... just some clarity of my piece; the second line might sound like a typo when you read it - "Let our heart speak softly as" - I'm intending it to be ONE single heart, just so you know. Trying to show how two people are so deeply in love that they share the same heart and soul, just two different bodies.
And one last thing, "I love passionately, live freely, is one." Apparently 'is' is grammatically correct according to my Office Word thing. It kind of helps the title I guess.
(Listen to the song, I.M.E. I Is Us, it's pretty pimp, so I used it as the title!)

Excellent. So soft and sweet, but yet powerful and tantalizing (spelling?). It's like making love, only poem style.
Nice work and congrats on the trophy. -
