I thought about you today
As I have many times before
I thought about all the talks we had
The things we made each other think
I smiled as I thought and I said with a whisper
I thought a thought for you today.
I heard some music today
It was something that you enjoyed, so I enjoyed it even more
I felt the music as if it were a kiss from your lips
I was so mesmerized that I swayed to it's enchanting beat
So I danced a dance with you today.
I had a daydream today
It just so happens it was all about you
I saw your smile and it made my heart glad
Somehow I could feel that you could see my smile too
So I dreamt a dream with you today.
I had a good cry today
The tears started flowing for no reason at all
Then it dawned on me that we were both suffering from lonliness
For our bodies may be apart but our minds are insync.
So I shed a tear for you today.
I said a little prayer today
I asked God just what did he have in store
I told him that I was in love, was this good or bad
You were my blessing he said in a whisper
So I prayed a prayer about you today.
My day was full today
I feel whole, for I accomplished alot today
I thought a thought, and I danced a dance with you today
I dreamt a dream, and I cried a tear for you today
I prayed a prayer and I realized that I love you today!

I wrote this poem for my soul mate who lives in Germany. we're always trying to find fresh ways to express how we feel.
This poem is about LOVE in it's purest state. Larry Caldwell, Forever and Always> The kids miss you too.

missing someone is one part of love that people underestimate...missing someone is one part of a pure love becuase it proves that you truely love them. Well done!

*Sighs* LOVE...Not something I'm personally fond of...But in this poem you expressed that loving this person takes up you r whole day and that you feel complete and whole just thinking about them...This is what makes me like this poem....Its Deep.
