Self Exploration

Seeping into the cracks

of oblivion.

Caressing the edges

of steel.

Exposing the truth

and enhaling all wisdom

to unleash what is

honest and real.

Tenderly stroke

the membranes of time.

Fold into each recess

of forgotten moments.

Take life

and live it

Take love

to give it;

learn so that we may

teach.

Exploring the self

to discover the truth.

Enhancing the soul

whilst revelling in youth

A most peculiar feat.

Relish the self,

the soul;

so that we

may walk

untethered.

    I think I liked it better left aligned lol but aside from that...you have reached deep here, I think you look inside yourself with not so much of a query but perhaps an answer for how you truly are. You question and dissect things you have learned, seen and felt. And if we are at peace with ourselves, the choices we make and understand them we may be able to walk untethered as you suggest. I wonder how many people could actually say that? This is good writing. C
