Why is life so hard?
Why do we have to feel pain?
Is it because we're only human
We don't learn so we do it again

Why is life so difficult?
Why is it too hard to bear
People who say they love us
But in trials they're never there

I just can't take it
It's so hard, I want to cry
As I wipe away all the painful tears
I can't help wondering why
