In the stillness--
sits a jelly jar, alone,
chilled by the cold,
yet warmed once by fingers;
Delicate prints,
waiting silently--
upon its copper top,
seeking recognition;
As my eyes slide from print--
to shapely glass sides,
where her ring left--
a single agate, indentation;
A reminder of her presence,
preserved forever--
in memory's refrigerated bliss...

What a great use of the prompt, hon. I like the end, 'refriderated' caught me by pleasant surprise.

Thanks so much for entering!
