Physical description: Neko stands at 5' 5", weighing around 150lbs; with hips and a chest, she sports that 'hour-glass' figure. Her face is round, almost childlike, with big brown eyes and pouty lips. Her hair falls over her shoulders, a straight, dark red waterfall.
She is usually found wearing a dark corset, either black or red, amazingly baggy pants with straps and chains, a red trench coat, and a black top hat.
Personality: She's loud and whimsy, taking everything as it comes. She appears to be arrogant and cocky, but it's only a ruse, used to hide exactly how shy she really is. She rather prefers one on one contact, and avoids being noticed by large crowds. Though, once she is noticed, she has no problem voicing her opinion. She's also open-minded, viciously stubborn, and not quite right in the head.
Any special abilities: The Hattress is a witch. She has the sight, and often associates with the dead, having long conversations about absolutely nothing. She has the ability to manifest flame and the touch of ice. She has slight control over weather, but it doesn't always agree with her. And a small ring she wears allows her to summon and banish an imp at will, though never the same imp, and they don't always listen to her.
Weapons you carry: She carries a deck of silver tarot cards, which are bladed at the edges; they are bound to her energy, which allows her to have a kind of telekinesis with them specifically.

Anything else?: Neko has a weakness for charming men, shiny objects, little glowing things, good smells, and accents. She is also rather gifted with A.D.D. and often gets distracted. Her pride is often wounded and she can be rather pouty. Though she is able to use the cold, she hates it.
Neko, having once upset the wrong person, has been cursed. If anyone should pet her right ear, her magick 'wires' will get crossed and she turns into a rather disgruntled kitten.
