The drop
Does not always falls in to the oyster
At times, it is lost in the ocean
Or in a dark thick bog
When within the lofty clouds,
However,
Every drop wants to become a pearl!
Still, some drops
Those that do not become pearls,
Quench thirst of a monsoon bird
Or become the twinkle of a newborn’s eye
Humans and drops have so much in common.
Don’t you think?

Yes, I do think you are right. This is a divine poem tht speaks to me to the most deepest level. To me, this is a sign of a well designed poem that says something important and not just a bunch of frilly words. This is the steak and potatoes of the meal we all hunger for. Stupendous!!!
