Sewn to the sewer of our own demise.

Bipedal primates
with intestinal intentions,
spewing introspection
on soiled sections of spite
with continuous claims
on sanity's sordid presence,
on seasonal stages
of supremity's stance.

Yet forelimbs fornicate
with echo's enlarged erections,
as projection pulls protest
from peeling lids
and skids of indifference
place ideals on social sores

as aesthetics rise with rituals
for extremity's cause.

Culture feeds calamity
in combinations of deceit,
building fires of falsity
on greed's ill-gotten gains;
peripheral promises
paint stains on nervous needs

as the spawn of system's spasms
grow as structures...

simple tools.

Cognitive abilities
slay sense on higher ground
as the sounds of sensibility
lie in dread's sapience of strife
and ridicule rules nonsense
as psychology seeks revenge-

avenging vile experiments
that swim in human stench.

Author notes

"The only reason the human race came to possess the capability of compassion and a sense of morals is because they somehow mistakenly believed themselves to be a superior breed of beast. The moment they taste the fear of knowing there’s a superior breed something seems to take control of them and they act merely by instinct from that point on....

...the pain you feel is your very essence, the essence of the crude animal known as homo-sapien; garbage, only good for consuming resources." --Millions Knives

Beautiful. Well crafted and finely polsihed this is a quite eloquently harsh piece. Thank you for your entry and good luck in judging!

I really love the message potrayed in this write. When our race realizes there is something/someone with more power than them, their primal instinct kicks in. Very interesting topic to write about, I thought it was intriguing.

Great write! This reminds of Itzhak Bentov's way of thinking. He said that what we catergorize as genius today; will be considered below average 30 or so years from now.
