An eternity is what I get,
For letting him nip at my neck.
Though I couldn't have move I fought with my mind,
This lifestyle choice, was not mine.
Panting and gasping, I struggled to breathe,
I could feel my life, my soul,
slipping away from me.
The taste of metallic made my senses dance,
Greedily I drank, my mind going lance.
As I took in the last drop, I sighed in contempt,
All too soon, my body suddenly bent.
My body was dying, my skin turned white,
My eyes now blue, my fangs a new fright.
He laughed as he left, my body now calm,
I stared at the stars, and upturned my palm.
White skin shone white under the newly full moon,
With horror I sobbed, as my thirst began to bloom.
