"Whose child are you?"
They asked
"I am a child
of every man,"
she said
"A child of every land"
"Where is the womb
And the breasts
That suckled you?
Who is the father
That nurtured
And loved you?"
"My womb is
The Universe
and I was suckled
and nourished
by the breasts
of the sweet earth
As for my father
every man
is this to me
He cradles me
in his arms
like the ever-giving sea
I have no birth place
for I was never born
The stars have
clothed my body
and the breath
of the wind I have worn
For I am still suckling
at the breasts
of the earth
A fetus preparing
for eternal birth "

we are indeed children endlessly growing and learning
this is the purpose of life.
we were never born and we never die,
we are all children of the light
beautiful, insightful and a joy to read
God bless you my friend...
