The many faces of the eternal lovers

Missing image
Wind plays
the game of bondage
with his lover
the writhing sea,
then plants breeze kisses
on her form
before he slips away.

Interesting. I never thought of the sea and wind in quite that way, though I wrote something kind of similar once. This is good! - ocerus

    estranged

Surreal as sea and wind mingle in a ritual...
    as if a longing.

I havnt been here in a while, but it was nice to see a new poem by you when I got back. And as usual, your poem left a vivid image in my mind. I can actually picture the embrace between the two lovers, and the ending leads my mind into imagining what happens next. Beautiful as always, and I'm not surprised .

    Outstanding

You draw quite a sensual picture here. The flow is excellent and I liked your choice of imagery. The poem compliments the picture perfectly. Best of luck in the contest.

    SO LOVELY!!!!!

I can see if I close my eyes high waves on the wind tossed sea and hear leaves gently rustling in the breeze.
