Knocking on heavens door.

All the things that seem to satisfy
some people leave me empty..
they make me sigh..die...cry!
I know there is so much more
than this world can give.
Only in God can my thirsting
heart live.
Oh, God! I need to be filled
with You!
Fill this dryness with
heavens dew.

I have felt Your sweetness and love..
seated with You in heavenlies above!
How I long for the day when You will
come to take me there once more!
To be with You and to forever adore!
I thirst to experience Your living
waters flowing from You inside
of me..over and over..for all
eternity..to be enudated and
enraptured by Your holiness
and love..seated with You in
heavenlies above..forevermore!
I am knocking on heavens door.

"Fill this dryness with heavens dew." This prayer cries out with the essence of what each of us longs for, but most of us don't realize - to be with God, for His spirit to truly dwell in us so completely that we ... abide in Him. Only this will truly fill the hole in each of us - the one we try so desperately to fill ourselves.

I am inspired by your page, your art, and your poetry.

    God bless you!

      Thanks!

I am glad you found this inspiring and that you were also inspired by my page and my artwork. I know I want to use my talents to give Jesus glory. I also am praying for God to anoint me and heal me to serve Him in a healing ministry.I have felt this call, even when I was thirteen, but I didn't clearly know then, as I know now, the call God has given me.It becomes clearer as time goes on. I think I'm coming closer to the reality of it.
