Froggie Went Acourtin'

The ride was not the mouse's whim.
The truth is simply, he can't swim.
He didn't have a magic wand
to help him get across that pond.
It's obvious the frog agreed
to help him with that slippery deed.
They came aground with smiles and laughter
and all lived happily ever after.

LOL...thought I'd seen this somewhere before! Good job I have a shocking memory and cannot recall who put it in the contest page comments (and yes, I HAVE resisited the temptation to pop back for a peek).

Great little rhyme here ~ can't pick any holes in it so I'm a happy vegemite! Well done.
