From Chaos comes Order,
and all that it brings.
The systematic structures,
and political dreams.
The views of the people,
are carefully aligned.
Now that Order has been,
set deep in their mind.
Ideals and Hopes,
are now but pipe dreams.
The power of the people,
is no longer it seems.
But the thing about Chaos,
and the order it grew.
Is that eventually,
order will fail,
when chaos ensues.
From Order comes Chaos,
and all that it brings,
The organic structures,
and inspirational dreams.
The views of the people,
are now but one mind,
now that Order has gone.
and chaos is rife.
But the thing about Order,
and the chaos it grew,
Is that eventually,
chaos will fail,
when order ensues.

needs some work.. so, I will take the suggestions given, and take them onboard for my next revision..
cheers. -
I love the parallels of order and chaos in this, how they come up in nearly every stanza, battling against each other, just as it is in life and the universe.
Well penned.

I like the poem though it is heavily dependent on human analogy and repeats itself a lot. This is what I call an idea poem. You convey that idea well. However, I find myself wanting more visuals to illustrate your point.
Thanks again for entering and good luck. ~ Joyce

This is interesting. I wonder if the universe really is as chaotic as some think. maybe in the very beginning there was chaos, but then after the first happenings it was just a unfurling of order.

Thanks for entering. I will comment later.

Order and “Chaos” do seem to create a duality.
One mathematical definition of chaos is a system which requires an infinite algorithm to understand. The problem is that the universe requires an infinite algorithm. According to the second law of thermodynamics, in time order becomes chaos but in non-linear dynamics chaos can emerge to resemble order, life is a good example. I swear that the dumbest thing I have ever heard is, “Cleanliness is next to godliness.” Any one that spends any time in nature understands your poem. Nature has no idea or concept called cleanliness, just serene, unattached, indifference. To this process men are no more than molecules that will feed future pastures eaten by future beasts.
