The leftover taste of wine
Is still fresh on your lips
As sweet as you are strong
Gives me that fresh felling
Of our first time all over again.
The leftover wine will
Leave a ring in the glass
As we leave it on the table
While we do our own secret
Special dance meant only for lovers.
The leftover effects of the wine
Linger in my head
As we kiss and I forget
Why we wasted time drinking wine
In the first place.
