Festering, bleeding wounds
of a childhood passed,
never examined just ignored
hoping they would go away on there own.
Wounds that leave scars
on the woman I am today,
a woman that is so full of fear
that I find it hard to trust anyone.
Wounds that should be deeply examined
but every-time I do, the bleeding of the memories
is more pain than I can bear
so once again they go on being ignored
until they fester to the top again
and once more I try to cleanse my soul of them.

Oh what a write this is
So true for your mind only can describe the feelings hidden within .You must sit down and write out your fears and sorrows until there nothing else you can think of .Once its all down then take a moment to read them back to yourself .Knowing they re now out of your mind and upon the paper there begin to rip them to shreddes and toss them into the trash . In doing this is how to regain the soul and move forward in your life .To toss out all the bad and replace it with good loving memories that will see you through to a happier and healthier life to come
