I Like Your Company

I had a little slip today.

  I needed help going the right way.

I am so sorry I was not thinking of You.

  Thanks for Your help of pulling me through.

 

I know we all have day of gray.

  I light my candles and remember You.

I know when the rain rings on my window pane,

  I know, I am cleansed with the love of You.

 

And when the sun shines with her warmest rays,

  I am glad for happy days.

You have always let my have a choice.

  I know where the live is - It's in you.

 

One day soon I will give up, and take rest .

  In Your hands I have put my best.

So that day shouldn't be so sad to me.

  We will be together, and I will be happy.
