I spilled out

Both empty and full
Emerged lotus unseen
bloomed and seeded
aglow with sheen
Sweet aroma filled midair
succulent pleasure
for which you weren't prepared
Quenched lust for beauty
water measured
with a will of duty
Moments pass
Sun rose
life was fast
From roots deep
waters well with prose
from those that weep
Rise from blooms of past
Reborn eloquence
That now shall last
