it has no features, yet, it has a name.
Gaveyard mysteries devouring
innocent minds; screeching
demonic, torturous being.
Takes hold in terror filled dreaming
cold nightmarish wanderings
agitated, anticipation, the trepidation of dread.
Shadow stalking with overwhelmingly sinister festivity
misty polluted mind thoughts, uninvited;
anxiety attacks fuel panic state of existence.
Stalks prowling in shadows of hallucinatory imaginings
feeds in the darkened corridors of life.
Yes it has a name, by definition instilling
horror, terror, evil thinking night shows
features of unseen creatures parade
with cold foreboding sentiment.
No matter how you say the name it is,
fear, страх, crainte, furcht.
He said, ‘ Fear not for I am with you’.
Author notes
Just kicking it around. Fear, crpax, crainte, and furcht in any language is still fear.

You show your expertise in languages, and imagery as you weave the characteristics of fear throughout this wonderful write! Stalking is a characteristic of that element of fear that encroaches on someone bound by fears....An enlightening look at fear...Wonderful write!

I fear to lack the words to salute this piece as I am humbled before it.
A lot of thought went in to this awesome piece of poetry. "it has no features, yet it has a name" wow! I really appreciate the vocabulary chosen here, for a subject not as easy to describe, as it might seem.
You have an excellent job here. Bravo!Ron *wolf*

We Are Not Alone
Anxiety and deceit - trickery... truely something we all fight and very well ignited in this poem.
