Red & Black Cards

The first slow motion
Made all hearts turn red
Not to fear the red,
Not bloody red,
Lovely rosy red,
Pricked by it's black thorns

The second slow motion
Was even better than the hearts,
Since all the spades was black as night
And left us under our own night sky
Thought spades comes in pairs,
And those wouldn't leave us alone

The third slow motion
Shed diamonds over our heads
Bribing me to turn back
But not even diamonds could make me
Leave the most valuable treasure

The fourth slow motion
Was we, running through the meadow of clubs
And a clubs of four means luck
But I don't need luck
Lucky having you is enough

The fifth slow motion
Surprised me a bit
I asked you to repeat what you said,
But you just shook your head
Left me alone,
In the spade night,
In the rain of diamonds,
On the meadow of clubs
And I turned your card and realized
That it was black hearts
