My favorite time of the day,
had finally come,
where we could just run around,
and not listen to anyone.
I was all ready to run,
when someone, so rude,
ran in front and pushed me,
into a puddle i had recently viewed.
I staggered to my feet,
sopping, oh so wet,
and stumbled to the teacher,
who i was now glad i had met !
My face streamed tears,
as other kids laughed,
and made my way to the nurse,
a now very important part of the staff.
I changed into different clothes,
and sniffled as i walked,
back outside to recess,
where no one wanted to talk.
They did want, however, to laugh,
and point out my accident to everyone.
My friend was there to comfort me,
as i cried and wished even more that the buses would come.
I have never forgotten,
that one fateful day,
where i was so thoroughly embarrassed,
and wanted everyone to go away.

Ha ha ha this happened to me in Kindergarten, actually, and remember it VIVIDLY ! There was just this kid who ran in front of me, knocked me in a puddle, and started laughing. D: One embarrassing day that i will never forget, somehow, which to me, is odd xD

lol yes, i kind of did ! i felt so humiliated and didn't want to go back to recess, or be seen at all, for that matter ! but i got over it eventually... luckily little kids tend to forget easily ;]
